Leonard Picardo
Leonard is no stranger to adapting quickly, upskilling and meeting the needs of a hyper-growth business. As employee number two at Deliveroo he saw the company grow from 3 to 3,000 employees. Across seven years he mastered roles in People, Marketing, Operations, Fundraising and Sales.
